So here the issue I had was that I wanted to upgrade my CPU which I did attempt which then I had though that I broke my desktop and when I first contacted him from though email in regards to my problem and he was more then happy to help me find the cause of the problem. I went to his store and he was a nice and quite knowledgeable about computer and all problem they have and mine turns out was an issue with the cross compatibility of the ram card prevented the computer from turning on. He had done this while I was waiting and he even took good care of handling all the equipment he was in charge of and even told me what i should do in the future if i ever decide to change the CPU in the future.
The issue with the DDR4 Ram was a surprise but at least I know why my computer was not booting up for me and it was not with me attempting to change the CPU and was a ram issue instead which i am now looking into getting replaced
He had provided a good customer service and repair service was really precise when fixing the issue and even checked both the board and the CPU which i was happy about.
He good at what he does and understand what needs to done and he quite fair when it comes to the cost of the repairs which to my surprise I was happy about.
I would recommend him to anyone that needs repairs or part upgraded but are not too sure on what to do.
He also offer to help you put one together if do not understand how to.
